Nigel is responsible for setting the sales direction for the company and manages the sales team.
Nigel has extensive national and international experience as a company director and CEO of organisations including the GenaWare group and Australian Card Services Pty Ltd. Other roles have included key positions with the Bank of Montreal, Mercantile Bank of Canada, Canadian Commercial and Industrial Bank, Citicorp Australia and CIBC Australia.
Nigel holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Lancaster University UK and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University, New York, USA.
Peter is responsible for PML’s operational aspects, high value clients, marketing and public relations.
Peter has more than 25 years experience in local and international sales, marketing and senior management. In previous senior roles he has worked in a diverse range of industries including travel, tourism, accommodation and finance, as well as in the mailing and printing industries. Peter has special skills in strategic marketing and public relations. He is Past National Board member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia and Past State President of the same organisation’s Tasmanian branch. Peter is a Member of the PRIA and a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute.

With almost 20 years experience as account manager with Amcor Fibre Packaging, Jan has a detailed understanding of clients’ needs in the area of sales packaging and design. She works with PML’s clients to meet their print requirements for business cards, letterheads, flyers, labels and the full range of business communication in print.
Michael’s 12-year background in commercial art and production includes six years experience in the demanding role of Production Manager for a major Tasmanian advertising agency. His experience in the areas of art, design and print production is a valuable advantage in finding solutions for PML’s clients.
Ben is responsible for our middle market accounts and has extensive experience in pre press Digital /Offset and a number of years in a production role in our envelope & offset area.
Ben has also managed a number of major accounts in his production role.
Ben holds a diploma in Graphic Design and a certificate in Design and Desktop publishing.
Tim brings more than twenty years experience in the advertising industry to the sales team at PML.
Working in newspapers and leading Tasmanian advertising agencies, his roles have included graphic design, creative development, marketing strategy, print production and account service for a range of local and national businesses.
Tim works with clients to maximise results through effective communication in print and mail.
David has joined PML with a wealth of experience and knowledge of the printing industry. He has worked in printing for over 40 years and his background includes 15 years in a senior role with the Hydro printing division and 9 years as division manager of printing in Service Education (Education Department).
David completed his apprenticeship at Lamson and Paragon and The School of Graphic Arts in Adelaide, followed by seven years working for a range of companies (Allen Press, Datron Press, Piccottzi Printing and Jefferess Press) in Adelaide. He then moved to Tasmania and has 30 years experience in senior roles in printing.
David’s role at PML includes creating quotes and the quality assurance management of pricing.
Debbie has been with PML for many years, most recently managing the Black and White Digital Department before moving into her new role.
Her detailed knowledge of PML's processes and equipment adds significant value to the Sales Team.
Stacey began working in the printing industry nearly 3 years ago starting in the financial area.
She has worked her way up through the business having displayed determination and a willingness to learn new skills which has enabled her to provide excellent customer service to all the key stake holders be they internal or external.
Stacey is now a highly regarded Account Executive with specialist skills in estimation, production and accounts.
