Print Mail Logistics Limited is pleased to announce that it intends to offer shares in the Company. A Prospectus will be made available when the shares are offered. In order to apply for shares in the Company you will need to complete the application form that will be in or will accompany the Prospectus. The Prospectus will not constitute an offer or invitation to invest in any place outside of Australia unless such offer or invitation is permitted in that jurisdiction.
