Our company policy requires each new customer to complete a credit application form prior to opening an account with PML.

We have developed a secure online facility to make opening an account simple and straightforward. It generally takes about ten minutes to complete the form.

Terms:
In the event that this credit application is approved, I/we hereby agree with Print Mail Logistics Limited;

1.		to pay for all goods sold and delivered or services provided within 21 days of invoice date, or within such other period as may be notified to me from time to time by Print Mail Logistics Limited;
2.		if any portion of the account should be overdue, then the full balance will become due and payable on demand;
3.		that I will pay to Print Mail Logistics Limited in addition to any amount pursuant to Clause 1 interest in respect of any amounts as may from time to time be overdue at the rate of 1.5% per month, and that interest may be capitalized monthly;
4.		that I will indemnify Print Mail Logistics Limited against and agree to reimburse it for any expensed it incurs in recovering from me the amounts which may from time to time be overdue;
5.		that Print Mail Logistics Limited may at any time or from time to time without giving any reasons therefore refuse to extend any further credit to me, and that its approval of this application does not require Print Mail Logistics Limited to extend to me any particular amount of credit;
6.		that where there is more than one buyer each buyer shall be jointly and severely liable hereunder and in this application all terms hereof the singular shall be read and construed as including the plural; and,
7.		that in the event of any change in by trading structure I will remain personally liable for all goods and services requested by me or my agents until credit approval is granted by Print Mail Logistics Limited to the new trading structure;
8.		Title in the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until payment is made in full, but risk will pass upon delivery. Print Mail Logistics Limited reserves the right to take possession of and dispose of the goods as it sees fit at any time until full payment has been made and the Buyer hereby grants permission to Print Mail Logistics Limited to enter upon any land or premises where the goods are stored in order to do so.
