How the Priority Client Service Works
Client stock is held by PML in secure locations with ease of access to enable the fastest delivery turnaround timeframes.
Stock items are pictorially represented online for confirmation prior to selection ready for delivery as request by your or your authorised staff members then processed by the PML team.
STEP 1
Register using the membership application link (Becoming a OSMOS member) with PML.
Once accepted you will be given your secure codes to be able to gain access to the facility.
STEP 2
Within your company, you will need to identify two categories of personnel. The first being those who will have administration rights and secondly those who will be able to request pre-printed stock for delivery only within predetermined limits.
Administration staff will be able to access company wide printed stock levels and delivery data while also having control over the addition and deletion of internal staff members who can access the re-supply mechanism.
STEP 3
Your stock account information incorporating initial printed stock quantities and pictorial image will be setup by PML staff and accessed online through a secure environment by using the supplied access codes.
STEP 4
Through simple to use online screens, your assigned company staff will now be able to view and select pre-printed stock types and quantities for delivery to predetermined (or stated) organisation locations.
Variations of delivery speeds can also be selected and all request details are automatically stored and emailed to the requesting officer for reporting purposes.
Stock levels are automatically adjusted to show in realtime current quantities that are available.
STEP 5
Based on a received request, PML automatically initiates client response, packaging and delivery.
STEP 6
Your company nominated staff member and PML administration personnel are automatically notified when stock levels of any item reach a pre-agreed critical level facilitating re-supply or reprinting of items before quantities expire.
